Leadership Rooted in Real-World Experience
My professional journey began in the United States Army, where I served as a Tactical Satellite and Microwave Systems Engineer supporting critical communications operations. That experience established the foundation for a career centered around leadership, accountability, strategic thinking, and mission-focused execution.
From there, I spent years supporting major defense and government initiatives. Over time, my focus evolved from technical execution into executive leadership, business growth strategy, operational transformation, and entrepreneurship.

Building a Business From the Ground Up
In 2008, I founded Strategy and Management Services, Inc., a government contracting and professional services firm based in Virginia.
Over the next several years, I grew the company from startup to approximately $25 million in annual revenue within five years, generating more than $350 million in cumulative sales throughout the life of the business.
The company supported defense, federal, and commercial clients through strategic consulting, technology, operational support, and enterprise solutions.
Along the way, I led:
